WHAT DOES EACH PACKAGE INCLUDE?
Apartment Packages: All of our packages include a sofa, a chair, a cocktail table, an end table, a dining table, 4 dining chairs, a queen bed, a queen mattress set, a nightstand, a dresser, a mirror and 2 table lamps. Each package has it's own unique style to cater to different tastes. Please see our current packages here.

HOW DOES THIS WORK?
We know you are dealing with the hassle of relocating so our goal is to make this as hassle free as possible. We offer 3-6 month minimum lease terms depending on the package that best meets your needs. Just find the package that is perfect for you, choose your lease term and start building! The online ordering system will take you through all of the necessary steps to secure your rental including our popular add-ons page where adjustments can be made to the package. Once the package is just the way you need it, you will be directed to the application and payment pages to finalize your rental! Once the application is approved you will receive a contract via our e-document signing program for you to sign your final lease agreement.
CAN I CHANGE TO A KING SIZE BED? WHAT ABOUT TWIN SIZE?
Sure! Our packages are priced with Queen size beds, but King and Twin sizes are also available.
CAN I ADD EXTRA ITEMS?
Sure! You may have a need for some barstools, or a flat screen TV, or an area rug, etc. We have many extra items to choose from. You can find these items on the popular add-ons page!
DO YOU OFFER HOUSEWARES?
Yes! Our housewares packages include household items such as kitchen items, bathroom items and bedroom linens. You can find these packages on the popular add-ons page!
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET DELIVERY?
We prefer as much time as possible but do realize that is not always life's plan! Generally it takes about 3-5 business days to get your application approved, paperwork complete, payment processed, delivery arranged and furniture to your space.
DO YOU OFFER A 1 MONTH RENTAL?
While our minimum lease term is 3 months we understand that a short term lease may be what you need! We can offer a 1 month lease at an accelerated rate however we wouldn't be able to offer the great discounts that come with the longer term leases.

HOW DO I PAY?
Each month you will receive an invoice and you have several ways to pay:

  • Online payment with credit/debit card where you would be responsible for making payment each month after receiving your invoice.
  • Set up auto pay to your credit/debit card secure token request provided by our office while setting up your initial lease agreement. You will be charged automatically on the 1st day of each month.
  • Mail your payment using personal check.

WHAT IS DUE BEFORE DELIVERY?
We do not have any application fees and under most circumstances we will not require any deposit! We will ask for one full month's rental and the delivery/set up/pick up fee (a one time charge that covers all three (3) services) prior to delivery! All payments are applied to your account and will be reflected as an “initial payment” on your statement of account.
DO I HAVE TO BE PRESENT FOR DELIVERY?
No, you do not have to be present for delivery. Most times our delivery staff can gain access through the leasing office and staff through written permission to enter. We will set-up your furniture based on the lay-out of the apartment, turn the key back in and your apartment is ready for you to relax in once you arrive. If you prefer to be present, we can arrange a 30 min to 1 hour call ahead with our delivery drivers on the day of delivery.
CAN I LEASE TO OWN MY FURNITURE?
Unfortunately, we do not have an RTO contract available; however, we do offer purchase options for our packages. If there is just one piece you would like to make a permanent part of your home, we can also provide individual pricing. Please contact our office for more details.
